AxxonOil is an Italian-based independent producer of lubricating oils, greases, brake fluids, and
coolants.
All our lubricants are blended and bottled exclusively in our production plant located in Italy.
Our products are distributed under our brands Xtreme and MonteCarlo in over 40 countries but, as
of today, not in Vietnam.
AxxonOil declares that:
• The lubricants produced in Vietnam using our brands AxxonOil, Xtreme, and MonteCarlo
are counterfeit products and are not produced under our authorization or cooperation.
• These products are not manufactured by AxxonOil, and our company has no business
relationship with the companies that unlawfully sell these goods in Vietnam.
• These companies use the AxxonOil name and the Xtreme and MonteCarlo brands in bad
faith to exploit our reputation and mislead potential customers. AxxonOil urges customers
not to purchase these infringing products to avoid any legal or technical issues.
We are conducting investigations and collecting evidence through legal channels to safeguard the
rights and interests of our company and customers.
