The Xtreme HYDRO ZN FREE series includes 4 hydraulic oils with gradations going from ISO 32 to ISO 100 and is formulated with carefully selected bases and a package of additives of advanced technology free of zinc and chlorine, guaranteeing exceptional performance in hydraulic power transmission systems subject to severe use.
Other gradations are available on request.
The Xtreme Hydro ZN FREE products have the following characteristics:
- Good fluidity at low temperature,
- High thermal stability,
- High demulsibility,
- Excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion,
- Excellent compatibility with the metals and seals normally used in hydraulic controls.
Xtreme HYDRO ZN FREE is formulated for systems operating in demanding service conditions, where high levels of wear protection and resistance of the lubricating film are required, but also for applications where non-wear hydraulic oils are generally used.
Xtreme HYDRO ZN FREE have a reduced impact environmental in case of leaks or spills
accidental when compared with hydraulic fluids conventional with zinc.
